Summary

NO。1 BESTSELLER ANT MIDDLETON SHARES HIS SECRETS ABOUT HIS POSITIVE MINDSET AND TEACHES YOU TO LIVE A LIFE WITH ZERO NEGATIVITY

There are times when life feels like it has you cornered: financial difficulties, relationship issues, work problems, all of the above。 Every one of us, at one time or another, will have to face up to the challenges that come our way。 And there are two ways of meeting them: negatively, where blame is the answer, where other people are at fault, where you haven’t been treated fairly。 Or positively, where you own the situation, learn and grow from it, and become a better person at the end of it。

Letting you into areas of his life he’s never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets。

This book will not tell you who to be, where you should live, or what job you should do。 That’s up to you。 What this book is for, however, is to give you the tools you need to become the best possible version of yourself, to own who and what you are, and to live your life with Zero Negativity。

Some really good wisdom in this book but also a few points I found overly simplified to his experience。

Mrs Amber Bird

A good easy listening positive book。 It felt a bit low on content towards the last chapter but was engaging and enjoyable to listen to。 A good commute audio book。

James Campbell

Good ending to the trilogy。

Panayiotis Psarias

Great book and a fantastic read。 Change the way you feel and think。

4。2 stars。 Started off okay but gets better than expected with his brutal honesty and wife's view。 In simple terms he explains how we can attempt to see positivity in our life no matter what situation we are facing。 Through his experiences he outlines a positive prespective to use 'every experience as an opportunity for growth' and the old cliché of 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger'。'In life you have to commit to the unknown'。'Greed is not sustainable, personal improvement is'。 4。2 stars。 Started off okay but gets better than expected with his brutal honesty and wife's view。 In simple terms he explains how we can attempt to see positivity in our life no matter what situation we are facing。 Through his experiences he outlines a positive prespective to use 'every experience as an opportunity for growth' and the old cliché of 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger'。'In life you have to commit to the unknown'。'Greed is not sustainable, personal improvement is'。 。。。more

Good read, a good storyteller。 You can see the experiences that he has been through and he tells you how he approached them in order to deal with all the situations。

I really enjoyed this and it was very thought-provoking and motivational as Ant Middleton’s books and speeches are。 My favourite book of Ant’s is ‘First Man In’ because there are a lot of stories in it。 I found I had already heard a lot of the stories in Zero Negativity (but I had read his previous two books and attended two talks by Ant Middleton)。

A good book that shows the mindset of a very successful man。 This book shows the importance of positivity but would be nice for guidance on how to get there or achieve it yourself。 Overall a good book。

This is a good book but I think it could of been at least 50 pages shorter。Its called Zero Negativity but a lot of the time he's just going on more about himself and his life than he is about trying to help the reader。It's the first book I've read of his but it will be the last。The way he comes across in this book,he thinks he's right famous but if it wasn't for SAS:Who Dares Wins I wouldn't of had a clue who he was。If he walked past me in the street I probably wouldn't even recognize him。I've n This is a good book but I think it could of been at least 50 pages shorter。Its called Zero Negativity but a lot of the time he's just going on more about himself and his life than he is about trying to help the reader。It's the first book I've read of his but it will be the last。The way he comes across in this book,he thinks he's right famous but if it wasn't for SAS:Who Dares Wins I wouldn't of had a clue who he was。If he walked past me in the street I probably wouldn't even recognize him。I've nothing against Ant Middleton, I just think he's very self-centred。If I could of I'd of rated this book 2。75 stars out of five I would have。 。。。more

Very honest and open book。 Some shocking stories but very real。 People make mistakes and then you get back up。 Your decisions make you who you are。 Learning from them。 His wife Emily also narrates parts to understand what Ant is like as a person, when he went to prison and what life was like without him for a period of time。 Ant is very positive and even provides his view on Covid。 How he feels。 Good to read。 Would recommend。Third book of trilogy,

An enjoyable read but doesn't come close to his previous 2 books, it feel like a lot of revisionary notes about his previous books however the book is still work a read and comes with some useful tips on how to live a more positive life An enjoyable read but doesn't come close to his previous 2 books, it feel like a lot of revisionary notes about his previous books however the book is still work a read and comes with some useful tips on how to live a more positive life 。。。more

I am a big fan of Ant’s no nonsense attitude, plus I admire his positive way of thinking in all situations and there is no greater exponent considering what he has been through。 I found the book was very good in giving out positive energy, to worry less about the small stuff and give your all in the things that matter。 The problem I have is I kept losing focus, began to skim over sentences/paragraphs and that is never a good thing in a book。 Whether the message was getting repetitive or after re I am a big fan of Ant’s no nonsense attitude, plus I admire his positive way of thinking in all situations and there is no greater exponent considering what he has been through。 I found the book was very good in giving out positive energy, to worry less about the small stuff and give your all in the things that matter。 The problem I have is I kept losing focus, began to skim over sentences/paragraphs and that is never a good thing in a book。 Whether the message was getting repetitive or after reading 3 books it became same old ground, I don’t know。 Ultimately it is a book I know I will pick up again, probably when I am feeling down and I know it will give me a kick up the arse! 。。。more

This was ok, but I didn't enjoy it as much as "First Man In" and "The Fear Bubble" it seemed to repeat a lot of what had already been said in the first two, which offer great advice & more of an insight into the real Ant & not the perceived views some have of him。 This was ok, but I didn't enjoy it as much as "First Man In" and "The Fear Bubble" it seemed to repeat a lot of what had already been said in the first two, which offer great advice & more of an insight into the real Ant & not the perceived views some have of him。 。。。more

This is the third of a trilogy of books by ant Middleton and I have to say this one is not as good as the first two in this book ant invites us to use positivity to challenge ourselves and improve our lives pretty standard self help book material。 What does make this book slightly more enjoyable than other self help books is reading of some of his life experiences good and bad from military to jail to media star and how these experiences have affected his mindset。Readable book but as I said not This is the third of a trilogy of books by ant Middleton and I have to say this one is not as good as the first two in this book ant invites us to use positivity to challenge ourselves and improve our lives pretty standard self help book material。 What does make this book slightly more enjoyable than other self help books is reading of some of his life experiences good and bad from military to jail to media star and how these experiences have affected his mindset。Readable book but as I said not as engaging as the first two books 。。。more

I can't love this book enough! Ant's honesty, his down to earth approach and his insane love of and dedication to self development is so inspiring。 Even if you aren't into 'self help' books, I think anyone could take something out of this。 And his voice is sexy af too I can't love this book enough! Good ending to the trilogy series。 It repeats some of the other parts mentioned in previous books, but still worth a read。

Great read! I loved the way he used experience to tell different life lessons。 There’s definitely multiple phrases from this book that I’ll be using in the future!!

Excellent book and offers good lessons to learn in general life。 If your into 'mind management' this is an great read and in a non intentional way you can see how well it relates to books like 'The Chimp Paradox'。 Whether your a fan of Ant or not its worth the read to learn things you can apply in everyday life。 Excellent book and offers good lessons to learn in general life。 If your into 'mind management' this is an great read and in a non intentional way you can see how well it relates to books like 'The Chimp Paradox'。 Whether your a fan of Ant or not its worth the read to learn things you can apply in everyday life。 。。。more

Third & final book by Middleton for the moment。 As well as in his previous books I enjoy that he is able to help someone else's mindset by discussing ways he has found helped himself。 Personally I feel the positivity that this book exudes is tremendous, lifts me up & I now catch myself being negative either towards myself or external things and make a conscious effort to put a positive spin on it or find some way to learn from a negative situation。 Third & final book by Middleton for the moment。 As well as in his previous books I enjoy that he is able to help someone else's mindset by discussing ways he has found helped himself。 Personally I feel the positivity that this book exudes is tremendous, lifts me up & I now catch myself being negative either towards myself or external things and make a conscious effort to put a positive spin on it or find some way to learn from a negative situation。 。。。more

I’ve enjoyed all three of Ant Middleton’s books and I’ve taken lessons from the last two books。 It’s taken me longer than usual to read this one。 The past year has had its tough patches with Covid 19 as it has for many of us and I think I saved the book to read a chapter here and there to take away that positivity and learn to see things in a different way。 Definitely recommend

I was curious to read this after watching SAS Australia and because I live in a defence town。 It left me wondering how he got a visa into Australia to be honest as he has convictions and was maybe a diamond smuggler?? That aside, it’s one of those self help books written from the perspective of the author as case study and role model, which is to say, things have worked out for him leading that life (depending on your take on things like prison) but that approach wouldn’t work for everyone。 It’s I was curious to read this after watching SAS Australia and because I live in a defence town。 It left me wondering how he got a visa into Australia to be honest as he has convictions and was maybe a diamond smuggler??
